Is it possible to extract non contiguous pages with PDFtk submenu? Because I could only extract a range, eg. 7-11, but could not page 7, and 9-11. Is this a shortcoming of your service menu, or simply I did not know the right syntax to give the range?

- the selection order doesn't seem to work anymore, instead it's sorted by filenames
- combining pdfs often results in nothing

This is the most useful ServiceMenu I've ever seen.
Would it be possible to put all the services within a sub-menu? For example, the sub menu PDF in "Actions".
Thank you very much.
