WHY WHAT AND WHERE

Now i think the most is done, there are even too many panels here ...

but of course i need to see better the javascripts and write them better...

i need to improve some panels especially gnome3 and others it will take time ..
left and right bar are a pain so i decided to replace everytime right \left panel with bottom panel, so you need to move them ..

PLEASE note these panels are only panels they ARE NOT EXACTLY LIKE gnome2\3 mac docks etc ... they are similar to ...

there are done to be useful for those users has switched to kde.

they are what they are. just test them if you want.

Can you fix the download link for the version 1.9? It gives me a 404.

#### Gilliotti718 5 years ago

can I find this re-packaged as a .rpm any where?
C

#### nowardev 5 years ago

mm i don't provide rpm packages .. just install with the installer

#### pepe53 5 years ago

Hi, I installed your collection by the system's plasma shell installer. It was successfully installed, but I have only one panel from your kit (this is the fancy). What can I do to get all of them? I'm using Kubuntu 11.10.
C

#### nowardev 5 years ago

.... read how to install
extract
run ./install

or just

use the debian package...
or install locally like you can read on the main

#### herudae 6 years ago

That's a very, very nice script, I liked it so much but sadly it didn't have what I wanted, it was an Unity-like desktop without the global menu, I had to do it by myself, but for some people your script will be very useful.
C

#### nowardev 6 years ago

well you can do your own panel and post me the javascript

it could be called

#### herudae 6 years ago

How do I do this?
C

#### nowardev 6 years ago

just see the javascript, it's not so complicated just comment what you dislike

then run in konsole

qdbus org.kde.plasma-desktop /MainApplication local.PlasmaApp.showInteractiveConsole

a window will appear in top right corner there is load button , you can load all my javascript if you have installed plasma panels collections

the javascript will appear in the text editor

locate this line

and put before // i mean

now remove your own panels or keep them as you wish and click on execute

if you are smart you can create your own panel in few seconds taking the code from even the other panels

(you can comment line in this way select lines then press CTRL D to decomment => CTRL ALT D )
