Description:

QtEmu is a graphical user interface for QEMU written in Qt4. It has the ability to run virtual operating systems on native systems. This way you can easily test a new operating system or try a Live CD on your system without any troubles and dangers.

For more information see the included README file (e.g. install instructions).

Qt 4.1 is required.

I have planned a version which integrates in a KDE4 desktop (build on kdelibs 4).

Please report any problems or feature wishes! Thank you.

It doesn't take the correct qmake.
Use /opt/qt4/bin/qmake

Does this app integrate with the QEMU Monitor thing? ie, to add_usb, del_usb, info usb, info usbhost ... ?

or any other integrations?
This is exactly what I've envisioned for some time - a kde app that can loosely control qemu without requiring a patch to qemu.

I'd love to help on something along these lines.
I have been wanting to start on a project identical to what you've started for some time now...

At the moment, it does not support QEMU Monitor.

I would appreciate your help! Feel free to start writing patches and sent them to me. :)

Hi

Thanks for this great tool!

I found just one little problem...
I'm using a Athlon64 and if I want to use kqemu I need to use qemu-system-x86_64 instead of qemu. Is there any possibility to change this??

And could you add options for kqemu?? I mean -no-kqemu and -kernel-kqemu

(See http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/kqemu-doc.html )

You mean the window that opens when you start a virtual machine?
I am not aware of a solution to do that... If you know how to do so, please let it me know ;)
