Blue Windows 7 Lookalike Emerald Theme

Haven't tested this with emerald, as I use smaragd:

The first file is for if you don't plan on using blur, and the second is for if you do. It basically increases the saturation and transparency. I don't plan on making more than just blue, but it should be pretty easy to use emerald-theme-manager to modify it.
