I love this color scheme (and the black and blue ones too) but I can't help but think that for some reason, the title bar font looks a bit thicker than when I use a different color scheme. It's no big deal really, but I've been wondering what the reason could be. :)

To install use the 'import' function of emerald-theme-manager not compiz config setting manager. The manual install steps are fine. Enjoy.

I forgot to mention above, the non-action buttons like help, are red in color to distinguish them. If you would prefer gold only, just open the emerald-theme-manager and choose the theme then -> edit theme-> buttons and simply replace the help button with the close button. (just select the close button from the menu button file-open dialog and you are done...
