Trifold brochure grid, US Letter size

Description:

A template for trifold brochures printed on 8.5 in x 11 in (US Letter) paper. Panel sizes are 3.875 in, 3.875 in, 3.625 in (to allow easy folding). The template includes 1/8 inch bleed space on each edge and 1/8 inch margins.

I'm having trouble downloading template. Instead of being able to save a file to a disk, it get a screen dump of what I think is the file. I've downloaded other templates that were in the zip format. Am I doing something wrong?

If you right click on that, there should be an option called something like 'Save page as'. Click on that, and you should get a dialog to save it as an sla file. I'm not sure why the site is behaving like that.
