I don't understand for install this icon theme!!!
my O.S. call your theme a "invalid format".

I get the same error with Mandriva 2007.

DOH! Didn't see all the replies before I posted the last comment.

There are only 4 icons in this set. Just extract them and use them as custom icons. You cannot install them using the Gnome theme settings dialogue
