2 general compress actions.
The first one compress files/directories in a tar.gz file guessing the name. It is easy to edit the action to change the format.
The second one uncompress one or several compressed files to current directory. It support many formats: tar.gz, gz, tar.bz2, rar, zip, ar, tar, 7z, tar.7z, ace... if you have the proper command line programs in the path.
