
Navigation plasmoids set.

Themable set of navigation plasmoids.
Dataengine require configured and started gpsd daemon.
Right now 2 widgets are implemented.
Compas - just show headding.
speedometer - show current speed. Pressing number you can set speed limit. When limit is over - the KDE notification is emitted. When speed is over, every 10-nth seconds dong dong emitted (notification also). When speed is down notification is also emitted.
When there are no gpsd, lost fix - arrows became black.
Next plasmoid - track recorder and shows sensors - like odometer and average params.
