Bash script + Konqueror service menu for creating book in tiny format. Right-click PDF/PS file, choose Create kminibook, answer some simple questions and you'll get a PDF file. Print it using duplex printing (1st half of the pages are EVEN, 2nd half are ODD), cut the frames, then staple the cut frames together and there you go! You have a tiny book.
Any comments, corrections, new ideas, complaints, translations, bug reports/fixes are welcome.
