Then your style should be honored ;-) - Jul 20 2013

Hi,
You can click over the repository column, so it'll sort the package list by it.
When you start Octopi again, it'll remember your settings.
Bye. - May 29 2013

Please, try a "git pull" and a "makepkg" again as I've just updated the PKGBUILD file.

Thanks! - May 17 2013

Thank you very much Mahdi, you cannot imagine how rewarding it is to hear such a positive feedback.

For sorting the 2 lists by status, you just need to click in their left header.

On the other hand, sorting by date and author is not implemented and would be very hard (if possible) to do with the current technology. I've considered to use SQLite database to harvest all kind of package information to further magnify the search options. Maybe QTGZ can switch to this in the future.

By the way, have you visited the web site? Now it has a development blog to bring the users closer to the project.

And do no forget to vote "good" (herein) if you really liked it ;-) - Oct 06 2007

Quax, first thank you for the translation, I'll post a new updated release soon. (BTW, what is your name to figure in the credits section ?).

And about your error, indeed it seems it is missing an "#include <QToolButton>" declaration instead of a <QPushButton> one. Try and see if it helps. The most weird of that all is it compiles for me. - May 20 2007

Gohanz, I could only see your post today, because this site had a bug on the access of first date comments. Regarding your suggestion, QTGZManager has the shortcut "F5" to refresh the directory and system package lists. But be still, the next versions will have a toolbar with such important functions. Thank you for the support! BTW, is the Beta1r2 package recognition system working right for you ? - Mar 14 2007

Thanks quax,
QTGZManager will sure have translation support. Stay tuned :-)

I'd also like to express my gratefulness to the feedback I'm receiving. The FOSS community is really superb.

Thank you! - Feb 28 2007

I´m sorry.
I´m new in the field of distributing applications. I´ll try to build a source with configure support in the future.
In this project I used the QT´z qmake technology.

Does the binary work for you. I tried to compile it for the i486 platform. - Feb 12 2007

Great idea for a feature for the upcoming versions. I´ll try to put it in Beta2, probably with the help of SQLite. Looking at the contents of a package is also something we cannot miss as it may lead to package diff :-) I´ll be dropping a "release 2" of Beta1 in the upcoming days to fix some edges in the package classification system and other things we may find later. - Feb 08 2007

Never mind, gohanz!

You can download the slack package too as it also statically links to QT4.2. And do not forget to post the results of your tests :-D
