KGraphViewer and KGraphEditor

Graphic Apps by kleag 35 comments

If you set the color of an edge, KGraphViewer only changes the color of the arrow instead of the entire edge. I am using the edge attribute:

Quote:[style="bold" color="red" penwidth="10" fontsize="10" label="1"]
For example, here is a large graph shown in dotty:

and the same graph in KGraphViewer:

It would also be nice if there was an option to change the default background color.

Can you make a transparent background theme that matches the "stdin" plasmoid:

The "naked" theme is pretty good, but it doesn't quite match this one.

Thanks! - Feb 19 2009

This is the KDE 4.2 Plasmoid equivalent of LiquidWeather for SuperKaramba. In my opinion the torch has been passed. All the other plasmoids (e.g., LCD Weather Station, Extragear Weather, Weather Forecast) look like ass compared to YAWP.

If you want a basic weather display on your desktop without having it look like your Mom's face after your Dad comes home drunk from the Elk's Lodge on a Friday night, then YAWP is the one you want to use!

I installed it using instructions from this page: - Feb 15 2009

Instead of doing your own polling, why not just use dcop to be alerted when a new message arrives in kmail? That way you can support multiple accounts and multiple protocols. - Jan 30 2008

If you have genital warts like me and you don't want to have to select a filename to convert the file to pdf, can you replace the Exec action to the following:

Exec=ps2pdf %U `echo "%u" | sed -e 's/.ps/.pdf/g'` - Feb 17 2005
