I'm pretty sure I found that wp on deviantart, but I can't remember 100%...it's called Blue Angel if I can remember correctly... The bar on the top is a plain karamba theme on the left with a kicker on the right set to 37% width. I just made the progress bars with images from screenshots so that they match my style and color scheme... nothing complicated really. Oh and the graph at the bottom you mentioned is just part of the wallpaper, sorry - Nov 02 2003

That "outer glow" is just the kwin dropshadow with the color set to be white instead of black, and the offsets set to zero so that you see it on all the borders of the window, and not the the bottom and right ones. - Oct 08 2003
