Thanks very much. I tried to install from source but without any success (possibly as I already had version 3 installed). So I cheated and installed the rpm for mandriva and that works fine on opensuse (11.3 64 bit) - Jul 15 2010

Great news that a kde 4 version is on the way. It works fine with kde 4.2 opensuse using the kde 3.5 libaries by the way. - Mar 01 2009

Fantastic programme - I would be absolutely lost without it. When using a Windows box - I use mailwasher but it is not nearly as good as kshowmail. - May 30 2007

Kshowmail works fine for me in Suse 9.3 kde 3.4.1. As it is not included in the 9.3 distribution did you use the rpm from suse 9.2? - Aug 05 2005
