Navigation keys (you mean j and k, don't you?) are great! They're one of the reasons I prefer konqueror over firefox :)
Search with "/" is also great - but only works in the webbrowser, does it? - Mar 12 2005

Yes, location bar, google bar, search bar... really a little bit bloated :)
The initial idea was a search bar for the file manager only (as we already have find-as-you-type in the webbrowser).
But: it would probably be even better if we had a search bar like the one in firefox, what do you think? then we could have the same searchbar for the webbrowser and for the filemanager. - Mar 12 2005
