Hi. Since this package is no longer updated/mantained and the developer's webpage vanished long time ago, I uploaded the source to kde-apps. You have a new download link now. - Jan 11 2010

Here are some instructions from the developer himself:

"some ppl find problem running the program , because it
will not work if u start it using "./qv" from the
shell , actually , i did it alot of coding trying to
make it run by just clicking it from any file manager
(just like windows) and it can know it current path
(with linux it need some code to make your program
know where it's installed in the file system)." - Mar 14 2005

Sorry ;-) I can't help. I only posted the package! you must contact the original developer, Hasanen Nawfal (hasanen at iraqilinux dot com). BTW, he lives in Iraq and runs the local Linux User Group (the only one in that country)...
