haha sure, spammers send their mails using a KDE application.

I think underestimate them.. they don't send millions of emails per hour using a graphical frontend. - Oct 30 2005

..... are there really people here who are taking this guy serious?

This idea is the most stupid thing I've ever seen on this site.. and I've seen a lot of stupid ideas. It's just so unrealistic that I can only laugh about it.

stop spamming with bullshit ideas. I'm soo tired of people posting *suggestions* on kde-*APPS*.org. This site is for real content, not for ideas.

Nice thinggy, but I'd suggest to change the description of the critical state into something like:
High risk of government propaganda.
Turn your brain and the lies filter on.

If you don't speak english, you could have asked someone to translate it for you.

The description in english:
This application displays system information. It's an alpha release, so please don't expect too much.

Posting german text on this site is just stupid cause most people can't understand it.

Comment on the app:

Thanks for the feedback.
Snippeq is a pure Qt application without any KDE dependencies and I honestly don't want to make it KDE dependent(want to go on with using qmake as the build system and for realizing your suggestion it would be better to use autotools).

Yep, you're right, MySql is a big dependency and I will probably add support for Sqllite.

Thank you for your feedback!

why aren't you using layout managers for the preferences window? it looks crappy...
as to be seen on this screenshot:

you should think about using layout handlers since the text doesn't fit into the window on my system. this can be seen on these screenshots:

anyway, thanks for this application.
