QMultiComboBox does not change the font size by itself. In the example you can include

QFont font("Arial", 14);
app.setFont(font);

and the font is adjusted.
So I do not understand what the problem is.

The ramp is normalized now between 0 and 1, when setting it. But I could not verify your issue. - Jun 22 2012
