perfect! something like this works:
echo "RED Test $(date %S)" - 22 hours ago
Command Output

besides the color setting that's already in the widget settings, is there a way to programmatically change the color of the text? I tried something like this but it didn't work:
echo -e "\e[31mRed Test $(date +%S)\e[0m" - 23 hours ago

Damn this is nice - what's the Window border style/theme you are using? It looks really good with the creamy style.

Is it possible to change the tab name when I ssh from one host to another. For example when I ssh into host1 my tab changes to myuser@host1. From there I ssh into host2 and would like my tab to change to myotheruser@host2. is this possible?

Yes, kdm allows some costomization but nothing like the design that you showed us here. And I think what you showed us is awesome!!! I can't wait to see KDM getting this kind of look!!!! - Jun 18 2004

Cursors by goldenstone 16 comments

Hm, you are correct. I just changed my cursor to another one and it did it again. Oh, well, I guess we pray this bug gets fixed for the next KDE release, hopefully by KDE 3.2 at the latest...
I am changing back to cursorcraft now :).

Cursors by goldenstone 16 comments

It's a great cursor and I am using it but it has a little bug. when I use konqueror under KDE if I drag a frame border on a web page with frames and release the mouse button the cursor doesn't change back to its original form but keeps looking like this " " as if I am over the frame border or as if I am still dragging the frame border but I am not.
It doesn't show the cursor but the default one if I am in Mozilla for example, only sometimes. That's kind of weird too.
Other than that great work! - Jul 23 2003

People by juanfon 34 comments

Juanfon,
You know you can never suit everyone's wishes, so don't get affected by what anyone says. No matter what one does there will always be people who bitch and people who enjoy it. Some of the posters here probably don't have a clue about what they are talking about. If you like it put it on there - it's the site moderator's job to approve it. After all if they think something is outrageous, let them email the moderator and bitch to him about it, not you. So just don't pay attention, their critiques is a waste of your time.
